Heading eastwards along the Outwoods the next field with the associated hedgerows have been historically noted for interesting passage migrants such as Ring Ouzel, Wheatear, Spotted Flycatcher and even Firecrest. The semi-improved grassland continues to be classed as a LWS and part of the BNP Green corridor.
